Achromatopsia

Complete color blindness, a rare condition where a person sees only in grayscale without any color perception.

From Greek 'achromatos' (without color) + 'opsia' (vision). An alternate medical term for achromatopia, emerging from the same Greek roots but with a slightly different suffix variant used in medical nomenclature.
