Acoenaesthesia

A neurological condition where a person cannot feel pain in certain regions of their body despite the nerves being intact.

From Greek 'a-' (without), 'koine' (common), and 'aesthesia' (sensation), literally meaning a lack of shared sensation. It describes selective loss of pain perception.
