Adhesiveness

The quality or state of being sticky, gluey, or tending to stick to other things.

From adhesive (Latin adhaerere, 'to stick to') + -ness (suffix forming abstract nouns). The -ness ending converts the adjective adhesive into a noun describing the property itself.
