Agglutinative

/əˈɡluːtɪnətɪv/ adjective

In linguistics, describing languages that express concepts by combining morphemes (word-parts) into long compound words; also: tending to cause adhesion.

From Latin 'agglutinare' (to glue together) — 'ad-' (to) + 'glutinare' (to glue), from 'gluten' (glue). Turkish, Finnish, and Japanese are agglutinative — one word can be a whole sentence!
