Ambomalleal

In anatomy, relating to or connecting both the ambos (anvil bone of the ear) and the malleus (hammer bone), the two smallest bones in the middle ear.

From Latin 'ambo' (anvil) + 'malleus' (hammer), combining the names of two of the three tiny ear bones. Medical anatomists coined this term to describe structures or processes involving both bones.
