Amphibologism

The practice of using amphibologous language or the quality of being amphibological; deliberate use of ambiguous speech.

From amphibology plus the noun-forming suffix -ism, which indicates a practice, doctrine, or characteristic tendency. The -ism suffix turns the concept into a named system or habit of communication.
