Amphisporangiate

In botany, having sporangia (spore-producing structures) distributed on both surfaces or sides of a leaf or reproductive organ.

From Greek 'amphi' (both) + 'sporangium' (Latin/Greek term for spore container) + '-ate' (adjective suffix). Describes ferns and related plants with spore structures on both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
