Amyxorrhoea

British spelling variant of amyxorrhea; a condition of reduced or absent mucus secretion.

The same Greek roots as amyxorrhea (a-, myxa, -rrhea), but spelled with the British '-rrhoea' ending instead of American '-rrhea.' Both forms are medically equivalent.
