Antibias

Intended to prevent, reduce, or counteract bias, especially discrimination or prejudice against certain groups.

From anti- (against) + bias (prejudice). Bias comes from Old French biais. Antibias emerged prominently in the 1960s-70s during civil rights and equal opportunity movements, becoming widespread in modern diversity initiatives.
