In a manner relating to or using antibiotics; in a way that kills or suppresses microorganisms.

From antibiotic (from anti- + biotic, from Greek bios, life) + -ally (forming adverbs). Antibiotic entered English in the 1940s when penicillin was developed; the adverb form followed naturally.
