Antimonopolism

The practice, principle, or ideology of opposing monopolies and promoting competition in markets and industries.

From anti- (against) + monopoly + -ism (system or ideology). This term arose in the late 19th-early 20th century during the Progressive Era when governments began actively fighting large corporate monopolies through antitrust legislation.
