Not prone to reacting; resistant to chemical or physical reactions, or in psychology, describes someone who doesn't respond easily to stimuli.

From anti- + reactive (capable of reacting, from Latin reactus). Emerged in chemistry and psychology to describe substances or organisms that resist typical reaction patterns.
