Antiredeposition

In chemistry and manufacturing, a property or treatment that prevents the re-deposition of removed particles or contaminants back onto a surface.

From anti- + redeposition (re- + deposition, from Latin deponere, to place down). Technical term developed in materials science and industrial chemistry.
