Antitintinnabularian

Opposed to the ringing of bells, particularly church bells, or critical of bell-ringing practices.

From anti- (against) + tintinnabularian (from Latin tintinnabulum, bell, + -arian, person concerned with). A rare historical term describing those who objected to bell-ringing, particularly during religious or secular ceremonies.
