Apselaphesia

The loss of the sense of touch; inability to feel tactile sensations; numbness or loss of tactile sensation.

From Greek 'a-' (without) plus 'pselaphesis' (touch, handling). The term comes from 'pselaphasthai' (to feel, touch) and the medical suffix '-ia' (condition).
