Archknave

A chief knave; the most wicked, dishonest, or dishonorable person; an arch-scoundrel.

From 'archi-' (chief, principal) combined with 'knave' (originally a male servant, later meaning a dishonest or untrustworthy person). This follows the English tradition of using 'arch-' with negative character types.
