Archostenosis

A narrowing or abnormal constriction of the rectum or anal opening, often due to scarring or disease.

From Greek ἄρχο- (árkhō-, 'anus' or 'rectum') plus stenosis (from στένωσις, 'narrowing'). Nearly synonymous with archostegnosis, it uses the more common medical suffix for strictures.
