Arthritism

A constitutional condition or tendency toward arthritis, or an archaic term for the disease of arthritis itself.

From 'arthritis' + '-ism' (a condition or system). The '-ism' suffix creates nouns describing diseases, philosophies, or conditions—this term is largely obsolete, replaced by 'arthritis'.
