Arthropody

The condition or quality of having jointed feet or limbs; the structural characteristic of possessing articulated appendages.

From arthro- (jointed) + -pody (from Greek pous, foot, + -ia, condition). This noun form allows discussion of the anatomical feature as an abstract quality or characteristic.
