Arugola

A leafy green vegetable with a peppery flavor, also called rocket or arugula, commonly used in salads.

From Italian 'rucola,' which derives from Latin 'eruca' (caterpillar, later applied to the plant). The term evolved from Mediterranean naming traditions.
