Ataxiagram

A written record or tracing made by an ataxiagraph, showing involuntary movements or lack of coordination in a patient.

From Greek ataxia (disorder, lack of order) combined with -gram (something written or recorded). The term emerged in medical terminology in the late 19th century to document neurological symptoms visually.
