Plural of authoritarian; people who believe in or practice authoritarianism, or who have authoritarian personalities.

From 'authoritarian' (from 'authority' + '-arian' meaning 'relating to' or 'follower of') with plural '-s'. The term describes both leaders and followers of authoritarian systems.
