Autoblast

In biology, a cell or structure produced by an organism's own growth or development, originating from its own tissues.

From auto- (self) + blast (a newly formed cell or organism, from Greek blastos meaning sprout). The term emerged in early 20th-century embryology to describe structures formed from an organism's own cells rather than external sources.
