Autoepigraph

An inscription or signature that someone writes about themselves or their own work, especially one that accompanies or explains their creation.

From 'auto-' (self) and 'epigraph' (from Greek 'epi-' on, and 'graphe,' writing). This literary term combines the idea of a personal inscription with self-reference.
