Azoxy

Containing or relating to both an azo group (nitrogen-to-nitrogen double bond) and an oxo group (a carbon-oxygen double bond) in the same molecule.

From azo- + oxy- (from Greek oxys, 'sharp, sour,' referring to oxygen). This combining form was established in the late 1800s as chemists created increasingly complex multifunctional compounds.
