Barbaralalia

In medicine, the use of nonsensical or gibberish language, often seen in certain psychiatric or neurological conditions.

From Greek 'barbaros' (foreign, strange) combined with 'lalalia' (from 'lalein' meaning to speak). This medical term emerged in the 19th century to describe incoherent speech patterns.
