Bermuda

A British Overseas Territory consisting of a group of islands in the North Atlantic Ocean, known for its pink sand beaches and mysterious triangle.

Named after Spanish explorer Juan de Bermúdez who discovered the islands around 1505. The Spanish called them 'Islas Bermudas' (Bermuda Islands). English colonization began in 1609 after a shipwreck.
