Bimastoid

Relating to or affecting both mastoid processes (bone structures behind the ears).

From Greek 'bi-' (two) + 'mastos' (breast) + '-oid' (resembling). The mastoid process was named because it resembles a breast; 'bimastoid' describes conditions affecting both sides.
