Blepharochalasis

A condition where the eyelid skin becomes loose, redundant, and droops, often due to aging, allergies, or repeated rubbing of the eyes.

From Greek 'blepharon' (eyelid) + 'chalasis' (relaxation or loosening). The term entered medical use in the late 19th century to describe the progressive loss of elasticity in eyelid skin.
