Bludgeoneer

A person who uses a bludgeon (heavy club) as a weapon, or figuratively, someone who uses brute force to achieve goals.

Formed from 'bludgeon' plus the suffix '-eer' (meaning 'one who does or practices'). This rare term emerged in the 16th-17th centuries to describe a fighter using such weapons.
