In good health or spirits; lively, cheerful, or in good condition; archaic British slang meaning 'fine' or 'excellent.'

From bob + -ish (adjectival suffix). The original sense may derive from the idea of bobbing or bouncing, implying liveliness and energy. This is primarily British dialect and has largely fallen out of modern use.
