Bogberries

Plural of bogberry; small dark berries that grow on low shrubs in boggy, marshy environments, similar to lingonberries or cranberries.

From 'bog' (marshy ground) + 'berries' (the fruit). The term is used in Nordic and Northern European contexts where these berries grow abundantly in wetlands.
