Bromidrosis

A medical condition where sweat has a foul or unpleasant odor, often caused by bacterial breakdown of sweat on the skin.

From Greek bromos (foul smell, stench) + hidrosis (sweating condition). The term was coined in medical terminology in the late 1800s to describe this specific physiological condition.
