Any disease or abnormal condition affecting the bronchial tubes of the lungs.

From Greek 'bronchos' (windpipe) + 'pathos' (disease, suffering, or feeling). The suffix '-pathy' is one of the most productive medical suffixes, used since ancient times to describe diseases of specific organs.
