Brutalitarianism

A system or ideology based on brutal force, cruelty, and the dominance of the strong over the weak.

From brutal (from Latin brutalis, meaning beast-like) + -itarianism (suffix denoting a system or theory of governance). The term combines concepts of brutality with political systems like authoritarianism or totalitarianism.
