Butyrous

Resembling, containing, or related to butter; having the nature or qualities of butter; buttery.

From butyr- (from Latin butyrum, butter, from Greek bous, cow, + tyros, cheese) + -ous (adjective suffix). The root combines the literal cow-source of butter with cheese terminology.
