Cardiagram

A written record or graphical representation of heart activity; essentially the same as an electrocardiogram or ECG.

From Greek 'kardia' (heart) + '-gram' (something written, from 'graphein' to write). This follows the pattern of 'diagram,' 'telegram,' and 'anagram' where '-gram' denotes a recorded message or pattern.
