Describing nerve fibers or signals that carry information away from the cerebellum to other parts of the brain and nervous system.

From 'cerebellum' combined with Latin 'fugal' (fleeing/away from), from 'fugere' (to flee). This neuroscientific term emerged in the 20th century with modern brain mapping.
