Changeableness

The quality of being changeable; the state of being capable of change or alteration.

From 'changeable' plus '-ness' suffix (from Old English '-ness'). This creates a synonym for 'changeability' but uses the older Germanic '-ness' suffix instead of the Latinate '-ity.'
