A polygon with one thousand sides or angles.

From Greek 'khiliás' (thousand) + 'gonia' (angle). The '-gon' suffix appears in polygon names like 'pentagon' (5 sides), 'hexagon' (6 sides), and 'decagon' (10 sides), all from Greek 'gonia' (angle).
