Chiralgia

Pain or aching sensation in the hand or fingers, not necessarily from gout.

Combining Greek cheir (hand) with -algia (pain or suffering). Unlike chiragra which specifically refers to gout, chiralgia is a broader medical term for any hand pain, following the Greek medical naming convention.
