Eserver

A computer server that provides services over a network, typically referring to IBM's line of enterprise servers or electronic servers in general.

Compound of 'e-' (electronic, from Greek 'electron' meaning amber) + 'server' (from serve, Latin 'servire'). The 'e-' prefix became popular in the 1990s during the internet boom to denote electronic or digital versions of traditional concepts.
