Hyperion

A being or thing of great power and magnificence (often capitalized as the name of a Titan in Greek mythology).

From Greek 'Hyperion,' literally 'the high one,' from 'hyper-' (over/above) and 'ion' (going). In mythology, Hyperion was a Titan; the word became used metaphorically for anything supreme.
