Vintage describes something old but high-quality and valued, often from a specific time period, like clothes, cars, or wine.

Originally from Old French “vendange,” meaning “grape harvest,” from Latin “vindēmia,” also meaning “grape harvest.” It first referred to the year and place a wine was made, then broadened to mean high-quality old items.
