Definition
One who decries; a person who publicly criticizes or condemns something strongly.
Etymology
From decry + -er (agent noun suffix meaning 'one who does'). The -er transforms the verb into a noun describing the person performing the action.
Kelly Says
A decrier is someone who makes a public stand against something—think of a whistleblower or activist who loudly proclaims that something is wrong and shouldn't be tolerated.
