Definition
The act of drawing out or extracting something from a source, or the thing that is drawn out.
Etymology
From Latin 'eductio,' formed from 'educere.' The noun form developed to describe both the process and result of bringing something out from within.
Kelly Says
While 'education' shapes the mind from outside, 'eduction' is the mysterious process of bringing out what's already inside.
