Undone

/ʌnˈdʌn/ adjective

Definition

Not finished or completed; or unfastened and loose.

From Old English 'un-' (not) + 'don' (past participle of do). The prefix 'un-' has been used since before 900 AD to reverse or negate the meaning of verbs. Originally meant to reverse the action of doing something.

Kelly Says

The word 'undone' perfectly captures why we fear procrastination—it's not just about being incomplete, but about feeling like our efforts have been reversed or nullified. Shakespeare used this exact word to show emotional breakdown: 'I am undone' meant your entire self was falling apart.
