The state of having a great deal of money, property, or material wealth; abundant prosperity and luxurious living conditions. Implies not just wealth but the lifestyle and comfort that comes with it.

Etymology

From Latin 'affluentia,' from 'affluere' meaning 'to flow toward,' composed of 'ad-' (to) + 'fluere' (to flow). The image is of wealth flowing toward someone, creating abundance.

Kelly Says

Think 'A-FLOW-ence' - wealth and resources are flowing abundantly toward you! Like a river of money flowing into your life, creating a continuous stream of prosperity.
