Endless

/ˈɛndləs/ adjective

Definition

Having no end or seeming to go on forever. It can describe both physical things and experiences that feel very long.

Etymology

From Old English *endleas*, from *end* + *-less* ('without'). It literally means 'without an end.'

Kelly Says

Nothing in real life is truly endless, but our minds feel time very unevenly. A boring class can feel endless, while an amazing day disappears—same clock, different brain chemistry.
