Definition
Beautiful thinking; a state of well-disposed mental health and goodwill, especially toward an audience.
Etymology
From Greek εὔνοια — 'eu' (good/well) + 'noia' (mind/thinking). Aristotle used it to describe the goodwill a speaker must have toward their audience. Also the shortest English word containing all five vowels.
Kelly Says
It's the shortest English word with ALL five vowels! Aristotle used it to mean the beautiful goodwill between a teacher and learner. When I teach you, I'm practicing eunoia! 🧠💛
